Delivery options
Unless we receive alternative instructions from you, we ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.
C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) Orders:
We currently offer no COD service.
Returns:
We Verify all names and ship to addresses when orders are placed via phone so that there are no mistakes. please check your addresses and spelling to make sure your order arrives to the intended receiver
International Shipping:
For international orders, we use the United States Postal Service, which transfers packages to the local postal service in the destination country. Delivery time estimates don't account for potential delays in the destination country. We have no control over customs charges, which are determined by the destination country's government and may vary.
Payment options
We offers various payment options. Here's a look at what's available
Direct debit:
Payment will be transfered from your direct debit bank account. You can authorize a bank to pay directly to Swedish Bitters Herb Company. Specify debit account data in your bank account settings.
Credit card:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not currently accept mail-in pre-payments.
PayPal:
PayPal is an online payment system that acts as an intermediary between an individual and online stores. If you already have a PayPal account, from mid-April you can use this account immediately when purchasing your Swedish Bitters Herb Company products. If you do not have a PayPal account and you wish to use this payment option, please go to www.paypal.com and create your own personal PayPal account.
